Quest-Town is an entirely UI-based story-driven RPG where every action and character interaction unfolds through dynamic user interface. It's a very early prototype, designed as a testbed for various systems, including dialogue, economy, and inventory, the game showcases a custom message pump and Unity's legacy UI. Though still in development, Quest-Town offers a glimpse into a world that ready to grow and evolve. Feedback is welcome.

Future Mechanic Ideas:

  • Character stats
  • RNG mechanics
  • Health or sickness (possibly like in The Oregon Trail)

User Content Expansions Idea:

Eventually, Quest-Town could evolve into a full-fledged RPG maker, allowing users to upload their own characters, define unique quests and write their own adventures within the game.

Note about limmited content: Currently you can collect wood but you can't do anything with it. There is not much to do once you reach the town.
