Improvements to game mechanics:
- Landmines have a slightly larger proximity, a slightly longer recovery time and a slight delay, allowing more opportunity for different tactics.
- Smoke effect will show when the landmine is out of action.
- Landmines now knock you on your back for a short period of time.
- Dung balls now can be destroyed by two hits.
- Dung balls pule red when they have become fragile
- You can now press space to jump and save a little bit of time traversing.
Bug fixes:
- Much less likely that dug balls will fall through the terrain.
- Game will no longer be frozen when returning to main menu from the pause menu and pressing play.
- Score correctly resets.
- Replaced the explosion effect with my own, which now correctly shows up against the sky box.
Added content:
- All sounds that were supposed to be in the game are now included (both UI and gameplay).
- Improved flag waving animation.
- Added an extra flag pole.
- Added an option in the pause menu to respawn in case you get stuck.
Known Issues:
- Physics is still a bit off. The dung balls don't roll as much as I'd like them to, and they can sometimes lock up a little bit as you're trying to push them. The issue stems from using non-primitive collider shapes in the Unity PhysX physics engine.
